Lost his pen, then found his pen. #phew Member 4899, 2956 posts | Actually, now I think about, it calculation was more probably 100 / 10.2 * 0.43 = 4.22m, which is still flawed.

One of my teammates had his 40 time taken at an England training camp and they thought the machine was broken it was so fast (I can't remember the time). When he replicated it a few times they started to realise why he was scoring so many trys. He did go on to play International Rugby for England so clearly a decent specimen. Dogs**t over 100m though. Couldn't even podium at school.

I wouldnt pick him now though. Cuddles, yeah there are many athletes (in other sports) like this that are actually slower once they come out of driving. Normally happens when quads are over developed, making the drive phase the favoured position. When i sprinted last year i was the same for the first 2 months. Top speed at 25m. I worked on more balanced strength and eventually got to about 50m at top speed.

Without reaction times. I was slightly wrong, Bolt to 20m (2.705) is just a tiny fraction out of Maurice Greene (2.698) for the best ever 20m. But his 10m of 1.69 is equal best with a few others. Ben J has also done 1.69 in one race. Bolt can't do this anymore though. He was the perfect sprinter from start to finish, too bad he didn't chase better winds and fast times in 08/09.

Same reason that I hope Eddie hall gets pushed to his absolute deadlift limits at some point.

Given how far ahead she is of any other female marathoner then, based on that alone, she would be one of the first places you would look.
