Came 3rd at Natural Qualifiers few weekends back so I'm getting involved in my build up to the finals this week after a rest last week training so far is as follows Monday Front squat 80kg 5x3 Deadlift 130kg 8x1 Rack pull - below knee 180kg 3x3 Leg Press 150kg x 15 170kg x 15,15,15,15 Leg Curls 40kg x 15,15,15 Tuesday Bench 80kg 5x3 Strict press 80kg 5x2 Incline Bench - Dumbbells 32.5kg 3x6 Seated shoulder machine 25kg a side x 15,10 Dumbbells Raises - sides then front 5kg 2x10 Tricep push down 20kg 3x20 Face pulls 10kg 3x15 Wednesday Deadlift 180kg 3x3 190kg 3x2 140kg 3x2 SLDL 100kg 3x12 KB swings 20kg 5x15 Weighted sit ups 5kg 4x15 Strict log 100kg x 2 | ||
