Member 3491, 1197 posts SQ 247.5, BP 150, DL 280677.5 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | 07/01/2013 Deadlift 60kg x 8 100kg x 5 140kg x5 180kg x 3 220kg x 3 240kg x 1 f2 220 was cumfy 240 was lovely first rep second head wasn't in it Dd some upper back work but really light high reps as bicep is abit funny from stones on Sunday still Bench 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 100kg x 3 110kg x 2 Bicep was ok benching but nothing else. Also did some tricep work and shrugs | ||

Gym wasn't great and very busy Squat 20kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 140kg x 3 160kg x 3 180kg x 2 200kg x 1 Walk outs 230kg x 20seconds 260kg x 20seconds Did some calf raises and biceps 500m row in 1 minute 59 seconds Very happy on the squats tonight was using a lever belt and it felt great time to upgrade the belt | ||

Member 3491, 1197 posts SQ 247.5, BP 150, DL 280677.5 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Couldn't make muscle factory this morning so went to SAS in leyland after dropping the little one of Log press Strength shop log Strict 40kg x 10 60kg x 8 80kg x5 Push press 90kgx 3 100kg x 3 110kg x 2 120kg x 2 **PB** Failed 3rd rep on 120 - log bruised my forearms massively tho Some shoulder machine things Seated dumbell press - slight incline Worked upto 37.5kg x 5f6 Played around with the stones there but they don't seem to be used much no tacky on them as are like marbles. As I for own any tacky couldn't use any | ||
