Very happy with todays session. Got a fair volume of work done, and most of it felt fairly comfortable, always at least a rep in the tank.
The 130 double im very happy about. Only the 2nd proper session on stones this year, and while ive handled bigger stones before this 130 is a stone ive trained on often and ive failed at least as many reps as ive gotten with it. So glad to see i could double it today despite being out of practice.

Squats tomorrow.

Very hard grip session tonight.
Pressing felt solid enough, still some discomfort in my shoulder, but it doesnt appear to be getting any better or worse, so im going to start building the weights up again.
1 hand deadlifts were just a change, hands are a bit torn so not really up to plate pinches. Had no idea what sort of weight i could manage, but once i got comfortable with the technique and keeping the bar stable 55kg was probably a little too light.
Farmers killed me. It ended because after dropping the weights on my planned final run i was unable to squeeze hard enough to pick it back up again (the fat grip just kept spinning around).

Front squats and close grip bench tomorrow.

Short and sweet tonight. Im aching fiercely from yesterdays session so just did the bare minimum.

To further enhance my joy i also realized one of the catches on my lever belt buckle is broken, so expect a lot more beltless work over the next few weeks until i replace the buckle.

Incline and deficit pulls tomorrow.

Rough session today. Been a long week at work and im fairly worn down.
Threw a few strict presses in with the power cleans, but mostly just working on leg drive.
Pulls were easy, but technically not great, felt as if the weight was trying to pull me forward. More deadlifts on the cards tomorrow though so hopefully they'll be better.

Much better session today after a good nights rest and a couple of good feeds.
Deadlifts were very rapid, still had a lot more in the tank, but resisted the temptation to go heavy.
Log was awkward and uncomfortable, but need to start building it back up now, the shoulder will just have to come to terms with it.
Stones felt solid, got a few one motions in.

Pressing and rows tomorrow.

Decent if unspectacular session. Only decided late last night that i would.male the trip down to TSG. Had i planned it in advance i wouldnt have done grip work yesterday, made frame carries so much harder than it shouldve been.
Yoke was canny. Final run was very solid.
Harness pull was tough, technique still needs a lot of work here, going to make an effort to practice it at least once a fortnight.

Got a seminar with Eddie Hall tomorrow, so no training till squats on monday.

Pretty solid session tonight, squats felt strong, though stringing 5 sets together was hard work.
Yoke was purely an exercise in technique and speed. Final 2 runs were very good.

Wasnt surprised that tonight was such an arse dragging session. Last 2 days have been horrendously long, and only made it through today by consuming large amounts of caffeine and sugar, which sadly wore off around an hour before i was due to train.
Axle deads were good, grip felt solid despite the CoC work earlier in the day.
Tyre was atrocious, no power or explosion, plan was sets of 8, but rapidly realised i was flogging a dead horse.

Decent session today, though a pulled muscle in my back did mean that my deads were slow, even though they didnt ever feel heavy.
The progress on the log is promising, will re-introduce leg drive at the weekend and see where things stand.

Get a team building day/bbq with work tomorrow so unsure if i will get the chance to train. If not then i will just have to work squats in over the weekend.
