Tonight, for some reason, was best session for ages. Last few months, everything's felt heavy, like everything, and tonight, actually felt a wee bit 'rested' and hungry again. Everything comfy like, just on first week of 5's, but confident next week will be ok as well with 5kg's going on stuff.

My cultural diversity surprises you my little buddy? :-) too many deals to close through the week, not enough time, so i had to start 'stacking' like training then going to see mates, watch some footy, and hav some curry after. 3x5x140 - all solid. Something in my left knee 'twanged' on the 1st rep of the last set, but kept going. Not sure what it is exactly, time will tell.
