Seeing physio tomorrow but im convinced its my lack of internal rotation in my hips/tibia. Anyhow a wider stance alleviated it - probably by reducing amount that the knee travels forward. Going to roll calves etc later. A wider stance probably suits my long femurs anyway and might help me cut depth. Squats 70x3x3 90x3 100x3 105x3x8 sets. Bench 60x5 65x3x8 arch seemed pretty good on these sldl beltless 60x5 110x3 150x3 DOH 170x2 180x1 200x1 180x5 180x5 180x5 Volume pb, missed this before. Prehab rehab stuff. | ||

I apparently dont have any adductors or hips lol. Telling myself ill eventually squat more this way anyway? Squat 60X3 100X3 140X3 165X2 177.5x2 190X1 195X1 - slow. Fairly hard week though so could blame it on that?! 155X5 155X5 155X5 155X5 Quite good actually. Going to roll my quads like hell tonight. | ||

Noticed feet were a little at odd angles so need to stop this, more consistency. bench 67.5x3x8 fast sldl 160x2 190x1 210x1 PB 190x5 PB 190x5 190x5 surprised how easy these were compared to 185 the other day!! | ||

Feet positioning still feels weird, what feels normal doesnt appear equal on video. Did some rehab stuff after the session. Squats: 60X3x2 100X3, 2 140X3 165X2 182.5x1 190X1 197.5x1 160X5x4sets Bench 60X3 100X3 110X2 115x2 105X5x4 sets. Quite hard but decent reps. Deadlift 135X3x6sets Leg extensions etc | ||
