Loving the yoga. Plenty of yoga girls to keep the hormones flowing?

Bring it on baby! I too have some ideas for sunday medleys - all depends on what folk want to be doing on the day.

Today, a nice session at the

OLYMPIC SPORTS GYM

Clean and jerk - power of course
bar x few x tons x all kinds
3x60
3x60
1x80
1x90
1x95
1x100
1x100 - just so that it wasnt a fluke

fairly comfy, so i am pleased about that. Kind of a recovery milestone to get 100 from floor to overhead.

Axle clean & jerk
1x55
1x75
1x85
1x90
1x95
1x90
fx95 - out of steam

Farmers walk
60m x 52
2x30m x 92

farmers are not getting any easier...

Vertical jumps
4 sets of 5 jumps on varying heights

Viking press
5x5 with an increasing weight, felt good.

Forgetting gym lift goals, what's your plan for your weight. I'm guessing your not staying at 105
