First session back post nationals: only 3 weeks till next comp so not going to change much, apart from trying to completely reinvent my bench

172.5x5x3-80% of my max- felt nice and fast, kept to 3 sets to minimise expected doms

Bench- new wider grip, with better feet positioning

2x48kgx20metres-3 times- start of some grip work i am going to do, this being the most taxing

Cheers owen, Im gonna do a regional in a couple of weeks times, need to total 600 so hoping that happens then. After then I'm gonna do 4 nations with bdfpa, still want to do gbpf with intention of hopefully eventually compete internationally, this was my intention but as I came second It doesn't seem as necessary to compete within the GBPF

Not complex, but not linear, will keep volume roughly the same, with only 2 weeks till a comp I'm not doing anything earth shatttering, just ticking over!

Wed sess- felt really sore heading into this, not 100% confident

did some yoga 2 hours before that helped..

242kgx4-pb! was meant to be 242.5 but this was as close as i cud get with american pound plates, first 3 were great, really quick, 4th was the slowest rep I've ever done! guess its better to fast and strongest with your first rep in powerlifting Happy

this was at the gym I work, no such luxuries unfortunately, normally train on a monday at popeyes so will be using them more often! hows the back?
