worked up to a 200kg single-fairly slow, was by myself and atmosphere was s**t so happy to get this really!

today was a good day with some points to take away to work on

squats

202.5x2 pb, felt good, so decided to try an unplanned single pb
212.5kgx1- hit, and fairly smooth, however depth wasn't quite there, i reckon a inch or so over, see video below for squats, feedback and critique please!
