Squats were nice and straight forward, more in the tank. Bench press was the best of the three today. There was a pb for the taking had I wanted it. Deadlifts were also straight forward, moved pretty quickly.

Not in the end, wasn't at work today as I had to stay home for various reasons. Going to try and buy a car tomorrow though so that problem should hopefully be sorted pretty soon.

Squats were pretty standard today, comfortable but nothing special. Bench press moved really well today, the 125 double was lovely. Deadlifts were fine.
