Squats were again really hard tonight but I feel that I maintained form a little better today than I did on Monday. Bench press was good today. 135 with a long pause came up comfortably and the reps were good as well. Deadlifts were fine.

Squats were fine today. On deadlifts 215 came up smoothly but not especially quickly. Reps on 200 really did shift so hopefully the top singles will start doing the same as well.

Squats were fine today. Deadlifts were ok today. Speed wasn't quite what it was on Tuesday but all pretty decent reps. Amazingly 205 is a pb triple. Pb double is only 212.

Squats were good today. The doubles were very hard but I maintained form pretty well. On bench I had some elbow pain and my shoulder was niggly so I didn't do a long pause on 140 as programmed but just did it to comp standard instead and it was pretty hard. Sets on 120 were ok. Deadlifts were also good.

Squats were hard as expected but I feel stronger now than I did at the start of this squat cycle. Bench was hard due to my shoulder playing up, so couldn't do the long pause on 142.5 but got the reps done. Deadlifts were good.

Squats were good today. On deadlifts 225 was slow off the ground but quicker at lockout which is the opposite of the what normally happens when I deadlift. I think 225 will make a good opener for my comp on April 12. Sets on 210 were hard but smooth and they were pb's. At this moment in time literally everything hurts but not long until a deload and the comp so motivation is still reasonably high.

Squats felt good today, moved pretty quickly so happy with them. On CGBP my elbows just went completely. It feels like today might have been the straw that breaks the camel's back. Hopefully seeing someone about it on Sunday.

Came in to the session with pretty much all the symptoms of overtrainng but thought I'd give it ago anyway. Squats were fine but only because they were light. Deadlifts started off quite badly but from 205 onwards, the bar really started shifting. Very surprised that they were actually a little easier than Tuesday's lifts. Happy I ended up training today and nice to hit a rep pb as well.

Squats were pretty good today. 220 was hard but came up smoothly. Triple on 205 was good but the last rep was really hard. A 10kg pb though. On bench I was just hoping my shoulder and elbows would hold out which they just about did. 145 was quick but the pause wasn't long enough something to work on. Sets on 125 were good especially seeing as it was a pb. Deadlifts were fine.

I had a sports massage yesterday which helped to loosen up my upper body a lot and it certainly helped with squats today. The session today was very easy which made a nice change.
