Squats felt nice today. 195 moved well as did the sets on 160. Belt breaking in nicely. Bench felt really good today. On the 130 set, I honestly think I could've gotten a fourth rep. Sets on 120 were also decent. Deadlifts were good. Back is also feeling better.

Squats and bench feeling nice. Getting used to my belt on deadlifts so 215 was a little harder than it should have been but still nice and smooth. Got my s**t together for the triple on 195 and that came up nicely.

Squats were decent today, all felt good. Bench was very poor today. Got the reps done, but they were hard work. On the last rep of the last set I went to rack it and managed to miss the hook and it got jammed underneath and I couldn't manuvoure the bar back around it! Luckily Mr 'how high is 18 inches' was nearby and bailed me out. Deadlifts were fine.

Squats were feeling pretty good tonight. On bench it was nice to hit a pb double. Trying to work on pausing for longer on the chest. Looked a touch better than last Friday's max effort attempts but still not quite at comp standard. Felt quite comfortable though. Deadlifts were fine. Then I got to watch the rugby at the gym which was cool.

Squats were straight forward enough but something didn't feel quite right for some reason. Bench was good today. 140 was probably the best bench I've done in the 140's. Sets on 117.5 were also good. Deadlifts were good.

Squats and bench both fine. SLDL's were hard this evening as my lower back was feeling very tight. Not sure way that was. Got it done though. Should be good to hit the reps next Tuesday assuming my lower back doesn't play up.
