Squats and bench both fine. SLDL's were pretty challenging tonight as my lower back felts bit fatigued from yesterday's session. The attempt at a 5kg pb with 240kg barely got off the ground. Triples on 210kg weren't too bad.

Squats and bench were fine. Stiff legs felt OK for triples but a big single wouldn't have been there today. Pb triple though so I'm happy.

Absolutely blitzed through this session today. The entire squat session only took five minutes and bench about the same as I then headed straight off to watch Quins beat Sale 16-14 at The Stoop in a real nail bitter. Rest this weekend then the final build up to the commonwealths begins in earnest on Monday.

Squats were a bit crap today but at least they didn't feel heavy. Bench press moved nicely today. 17" deadlifts very well as I finally managed a 600lb pull. I'm hoping to pull it from the floor in just under four weeks at the commonwealths.

Squats and bench both fine. Really enjoyed having deficit pulls in my program tonight. Saved the lower back and was actually quite enjoyable. Felt more like a clean pull when I did them rather than a deadlift. A few more default pb's to come in the next few weeks.

Squats felt decent today. It certainly helped that yesterday's session was deficit deadlifts rather than SLDL's. Bench was really good today. Hoping to open on 142.5kg at commonwealths.

Squats a little off today but got them done. Bench felt really good again today, progressing nicely. Deadlifts were a little harder than they should've been but they came up.
