Squats felt pretty decent today. Bench felt better today than it did on Monday. Single on 137.5 was still hard but a little quicker than Monday. The triples felt good.

Squats felt good today, all reps were decent. Happy to get a PB double on bench, completely lost the line in the second rep so had to save it somewhat. Sets on 110 were also decent. Deadlifts were fine.

Squats felt fine today, about the same as last week. Bench press didn't feel too good warming up and the 130 was a little slow but the 140 actually came up pretty well and done to commands as well. Sets on 120 were pretty good.

Squats felt pretty good today, probably the best session of the week. Bench was really good today. Triple on 127.5 was an equal pb but a million times better than the first time I did it. Sets on 115 were also good. It looks like I might finally be starting to make some progress on my poverty bench press. Deadlifts were fine.

Squats were pretty decent today, maybe a touch better than Friday's session. Bench was also decent. 140 was slow but it was a long pause. Sets on 120 were better and on 2.5kg off my all time 5rm. Deadlifts were good.

Squats and bench went well today. Nice to hit some pb's on SLDL, been a long time coming. First 2 working sets were ok but on the next 2 I really struggled to lock out the last rep each time. Got it done though.

I got to try out my new belt which arrived today, Titan Longhorn 10mm, and it was good. But top sets on squats felt decent. On bench it was nice to hit a pb for a single and then for 3x3. A good session overall but my back it pretty sore from yesterday.

Squats and bench were both good today. Only one heavy set on SLDL's today as I was still feeling the effects of Tuesday's session. Nice to hit a pb set of 5 but it was at absolute max. 210 definitely wouldn't have gone for a single and neither would another 2 sets on 190, so a good call doing just the one set.
