Maybe , but strong shoulders doesn't always mean big bench.
I don't thnik Sarychev or Spoto can match Z in shoulder strenght .

260x2 is a 270 max and someone who doesn't bench ever does an easy 250 with a 300 in the tank.

Z did 285 years ago in a powerlifting comp. He's much stronger now. I'm sure he could do well over 300 if needed.
