Yeh has been doing but due to knot and locked parts of spine thinking my lower back now has a weekness thaf needs strengthing. Seems to be getting better just hoping add weight weekly until comp

Are you doing any work to strengthen your core Ben? I'm very guilty of not doing any, just wondered if it would help your lower back??
