I my self am looking forward to the show I apologise, I forgot about Arnold. so if we say from December to March resulted in a 10kg increase.... March to July, at the very most will be a 20kg jump, thus 440 at the top end of the spectrum. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge admirer of Andy's, to me he's greatest powerlifter the world has seen, certainly the best Britains produced. | ||
