Cheetahs in Hove has decent equipment for bodybuilding, tonnes of machines. Sussex Uni gym has decent stuff for oly lifting. Nice Werksan bars. | ||

 Sports an extremely muscular arse. Member 38, 6253 posts | When I lived in Brighton I trained at Muscle beach! Forget the name but the gym was on the beach and the receptionist called me "BRO!" every time I arrived! Great stuff! Cheetahs is better but that's in Hove and they won't call you bro. | ||

You can certanly powerlift there, but kit isn't great. Off course its been 3 or so years since I last went down there. This max strength place sounds just the ticket. Give is only just out if town centre and dead easy to get too. | ||

Yea but i've never been to that one so have no knowledge of what it's like/where it is. The one in Worthing is awesomely equipped and 1 minutes walk from train station and a 20 minute train from brighton for like £4 return. | ||
