I get a little under 150lbs out of my bench shirt (single ply, open back, Katana)

Before I lost 20lbs I was getting almost 200lbs from my squat suit (single ply)

I've just made the move into multi-ply briefs; getting around 100lbs right now. Once I add the suit it's going to be rediculous support haha

Thanks for the info.

How do people go about chosing a shirt or suit, the choice seems vast.

Titan are usually a good choice for single ply lifters, the gear is not too hard to learn

Depends a lot on if you have training partners too, and what they use. If I were training at a gym where everyone benched and squatted in Titans, I'm probably going to be able to get a lot more help with the gear than if I were the only guy wearing a Rage-X haha

Ideally for your first set of gear you should try and get something from a training partner that's broken in to the point they're not using it anymore. After that, the advice I was given was: get a Titan Centurion, and a Katana (a/s if you arch, s/s if not).

As Keenan says, if you train with equipped lifters, use what they use.

I'm s**t off the chest, pretty sure I could lock out 140kg though, anyone at Adders use a 44" shirt?

Alex, your training has been anonymous for some considerable time now - what are you lifting and what is the BW? And what Pec Building Mission have you been on to get a 44" chest??

also whats considered an arch on bench with regards to kantana s/s a/s. Yes I do arch (or at least I try to) but not much as I am not very flexible.

Who uses a dedicated deadlift suit ?
