Awesome session kit. When everything clicks and the bar feels light there is no better feeling, bring that mentality to the comp in April and you will destroy your previous total buddy.

Reasonably happy with this. would have like the second 130 but it would have come on another day. The 220 was really encouraging, I forgot how much i enjoy singles.

Nirvana gym huddersfield.

Squat - misload. Got half way through my workout before being told that the bars are 25kg rather than 20kg at this gym. So the workout actually looked like this.

not suprisingly very hard work. Got chatting to someone and so rest was a lot longer than it should have been but still, really pleased with this.

I like the stongman kit and I do enjoy grip work. My legs are knackered and promise some serious DOMs when they wake up enough to realise what I did to them.

Trying out alot more back work with SDLs and pullups most sessions now. The sessions feel very hard but hopefully have some decent results. That 225 was a peach. Nice to hit a 95%er with such ease.

I didn't realise how heavy your single was, you pulled it with such ease. Then again I was f**king around a fair bit, attention wasn't great by this point!

On the back of a heavy metal all dayer yesterday. With a sore neck and not a great lot of energy it was with some trepidation I approached the gym today.

Pretty decent session. The squats were a little too ugly to get truely excited about but they would have passed in comp so a PB is a PB. My back is eating through all this volume and recovering in time for the next session so that side of it is going well.
