I might as well enjoy myself and throw around a load of weight on the bench (relatively speaking). Having said that it feels very much like taking the easy way out. It will be very interesting to see if I can still put weight on my squat and deadlift while only doing 1 working set of each per week and hammering accessories. Quite a nice little experiment. | ||

On the scales i was 87.9kg this morning. I have cleaned up a few things and expect this to drop nicely in time for the comp. In the gym bench has never felt better. Lets hope it can survive the cut. | ||
