Warmed up to a speedy 160kg.

Opener
180kg- flew.

Second attempt
195kg- easy again.

Third attempt
205kg- PB with a bit more in the tank.

4th out of 15 in the 'lightweight' class.

I only missed 3rd on BW. Definitely more there than 205, but I've got a proper competition on 22nd so saving something for then.

No videos I'm afraid.

There wasn't a cutoff. They just divided the entrants by 3, lightest third were the lightweights. Went up to high 70s.

I then did quite a bit of biceps related stuff. Gunz.

Did the paused squats with 60kg just to get more of a feel for pausing. Might add them in once in a while.

Squatting and benching multiple times a week seems to be doing the trick. Squats especially feel so natural at the minute.
