Yea, even you could do it. Takes about 5 minutes to prepare then 15-20 minutes in the oven.

Those look awesome.

Brisket recipe was a success - the meat was lovely.

Did a whole chicken today to roast it - was the nicest roast chicken I've ever had.

Doing some pulled pork tomorrow...

I often stick a whole chicken in my slow cooker, on low for 5+ hours.
No stock, nothing.
I roll some foil into balls (think golf ball size) to keep the chicken off the base.
By the time it's finished, the skin comes off easily and the meat literally slides down the bone.

I damned well love my slow cooker.

Did the pulled pork and it was awesome. That will be getting used a lot.

I also made the breakfast oat pancakes yesterday, liked them so much I had them again after training. And I was using double the amount both times Wink

Going to a little cottage for my lasses bday next week

Think ill make steak on the sat. But does anyone know any sides you can slow cooker? Just so most of the work is done whilst were walking up a hill and I just need to do the meat

other thought is using it for a rice pudding
