Whey protein and oats (I see ground oats as a supplement)

2-3 times a day.

You're just like a woman. A supplement is something added to complete a thing, make up for a deficiency, or extend or strengthen the whole.
Ever seen a lion eating beef with added BCAAs or a cow eating grass with iron,vitamins addded?
