I know illegal supplements work, which I don't use Yet. End of day lot supplements are bulls**t imo

Cottage cheese is way better than any supplement.

no it really did! I bought about 5kg of it and consumed it at a rate of about 1kg per week. I put on bodyweight at a similar rate and it was the thing that made my bench start going up again after 1 year of being stuck at 122.5kg

Fair enough. Coffee works for me. I don't drink it unless it's before training. Two large cups and I'm good to go. definitely as good as any pre workout I've used

I had a nice little cocktail of 2 proplus, 2 Ibuprofen, some jack3d and played funky disco bombs volume 2 on full bore tonight, which made to squat like a lunatic.
