would rack pulls on monday then from the floor on friday be to much everyweek?
just your thoughts and suggestions please guys!!!!

personally that would be too much for me !! i would alternate on a weekly basis if rackpull is what you want/need

it would depend on how much you are pulling. If you keep it low reps and few sets it's possible. I have done it for 2 weeks in a row with 210kg.

If you kept to one, maybe two working sets each session, you could go even more frequent than that depending on your level of conditioning.
