finally got a tagline Member 1190, 2812 posts SQ 300, BP 200, DL 350850.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | chest+tris+shoulder FEET UP BENCH- 135X8 last rep was a decline CLOSE GRIP INCLINE (PAUSED)- 115X9 wanted 10 to start off SMITH SHOULDERS- 110X8 keep pushing the bench back from leg drive and makes last few reps dangerous, will need to weigh it down somehow ULTRA CG BENCH- 120x 9 big drop from last time, 130x6 spot on last, 100x8 DB SHOULDERS (high incline, most reps not locked out )-42 5x 10 lATerAlS- 18X 20 ,drop sets rear delts and pushdowns intensity@6 | ||
