thanks davy and drew. gona stop using wraps for a few weeks i think , its making me post numbers im not actualy capable of and i dont like it, although it makes me train harder, feels like im cheating

CLOSE GRIP INCLINE (PAUSED)- 115X9 wanted 10 to start off Angry
SMITH SHOULDERS- 110X8 keep pushing the bench back from leg drive and makes last few reps dangerous, will need to weigh it down somehow
ULTRA CG BENCH- 120x 9 big drop from last time, 130x6 spot on last, 100x8
DB SHOULDERS (high incline, most reps not locked out )-42 5x 10
lATerAlS- 18X 20 ,drop sets
rear delts and pushdowns

better than original, pretty s**t tho

db press should read 5x 10 on 42s (partials/techniclly a decline/not functional ), might try heavier with thes on friday so much easier to kick up

thanks bigman, not too pleased with the depth but such is life, i cant really judge to well with wraps on Confused

starting a new peaking program next week hopefuly working up to a nice PB by end of january in wraps, touch wood on injuries etc Grin
