 Stronger than the PB chart Member 196, 456 posts SQ 400, BP 250, DL 4001050.0 kgs @ 156kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 23.03.2011 @ 10:37 AM by stoneman Events an info for the u90kg Southern Eng qual / Date April Sun 10th @9;30[weighh in] comp starts 10;30am !! £15 entry . trophies/t-shirts/prizes 1; Framptons thumb [fingals finger type event] max flips in 60secs 2; Farmers walk 30m x1 turn 125kg per hand quickest time wins [60sec limit] 3; Log max [IFSA] spec log lastman standing start weight 80kg then up in 10kg inc's then when at 120kg 5kg inc's 4; Tyre flip 320kg max flips [60sec time limit] 5; Deadlift frame 200kg max reps [75sec limit] no suits/straps allowed 6; Loading medley load x1 60kg barrel ,x1 70kg conrod , x1 80kg steel block ,x1 90kg dumbell. onto a board witch is on floor , items must be placed an stay on board at all times !! | ||

My opinions have run their course Member 694, 3112 posts | yeah definately, Rob and Rich are top at log, but I only know one person who can do 140+ at 90kg. A session with the champ would be great. | ||
