Wasn't looking forward to this as I lost a days recovery having done this session on Wednesday last week. Squat felt crap but looked fine on playback. Deadlifts moved ok after the 1st rep. At least I made the required reps this week, though not by much. Oh well, it is what it is. Inclines we're weak. Back felt stronger though oulldowns were all out. (91.3) | ||
