This was a satisfactory session. Bench went pretty well. None of the sets was particularly hard. Same with incline press. Admittedly much weaker than years gone by but that comes with the territory. (90.2)

This was a reasonable session. Overhead went OK, though there were a few mistimed reps. Close Grip was straightforward. Decided against accessory exercises, apart from Curls. (90.5)

Squat felt heavy today, but working sets did not get harder. In fact they got a little easier. Same with SLDLs, so all in all fairly happy with a session I was not looking forward to. My lower back was very achey after yesterday's pressing. (90.5)

Off on holiday tomorrow, so went off programme today. Paused Squat felt good, one more rep on the top set I think. Deadlifts went really well. Best 10 rep set in many years. Totally ran out of puff, but from the way it moved, I could have lifted more weight. Not more reps though. (90.5)

In Plymouth with work for a few days so go in a workout there. Just looking to a bit of work. Generally bench felt OK, but pecs still a little sore from Saturday, surprisingly. Last set on my limit. At least I did something. Last week I was away and came back feeling weak, having done nothing.

I thought this was going to be a hard session, as I've been feeling quite run down the last few days, and my stomach has been feeling dodgy. As it was, squat felt OK, not fantastic as did SLDLs. Last set of squat was around RPE8. Also went easy on core work, only
1 bar hang and no front Planks. (90.0)
