Overhead went OK, though there were a few mistimed reps. Close Grip was straightforward. Decided against accessory exercises, apart from Curls. (90.5) | ||

Pleased with 6 reps on the AMRP set. Things are looking up. Slightly heavier on pulldowns as well. Just over a week till hols in Malaga. I need to maintain the effort. (90.5) | ||

But like Monday, the did not get harder. Deadlift also felt heavy today. I just can't seem to move the first rep fast enough. | ||

This went well. Squat was a bit easier than expected. Nothing harder than about RPE8. Same with the deadlifts. So all in all, a good session. | ||

Paused Squat felt good, one more rep on the top set I think. Deadlifts went really well. Best 10 rep set in many years. Just looking to a bit of work. Generally bench felt OK, but pecs still a little sore from Saturday, surprisingly. Last set on my limit. At least I did something. Last week I was away and came back feeling weak, having done nothing. | ||

Close Grip was not as easy as would have liked. Lots of aches and pains in shoulders and wrists, for some reason. Pin Press was better, and was quite consistent for me. Rest was just OK. (90.5) | ||

As it was, squat felt OK, not fantastic as did SLDLs. Last set of squat was around RPE8. Also went easy on core work, only 1 bar hang and no front Planks. (90.0) | ||
