Squat is definitely in a bit of a trough at the minute, so reasonably pleased with today's effort. Deadlift felt OK, slowed them up on the eccentric. Bar Hangs didn't start my forearms hurting, so have to be grateful for mall mercies. (90.8)

This was OK. On bench shoulders were a bit achy but made the reps with no undue difficulties. It would be nice to build a bit of bench momentum in the next few weeks. (90.8)

This was a session of 2 halves. Paused Squats did not feel good. All sets up to and including the 1st working set felt very heavy. They improved slightly after that. Deadlift moved quite well, and I was experimenting with standing a bit closer to the bar to improve speed off the floor. (91.2)

This was a pretty good workout. The squats, though hard, were never really in doubt. Deadlift moved quite well, and we're nor too tricky. Bar hang was a best. The goal for this is 2 minutes eventually. (90.5)

Pleased with this session, coming as it did late after a hard day at work. Squat feeling a bit better this week, even had a couple of extra reps on the last set. SLDLs were hard but consistent. (90.4)
