Deadlift felt OK, slowed them up on the eccentric. Bar Hangs didn't start my forearms hurting, so have to be grateful for mall mercies. (90.8) | ||

On bench shoulders were a bit achy but made the reps with no undue difficulties. It would be nice to build a bit of bench momentum in the next few weeks. (90.8) | ||

Paused Squats did not feel good. All sets up to and including the 1st working set felt very heavy. They improved slightly after that. Deadlift moved quite well, and I was experimenting with standing a bit closer to the bar to improve speed off the floor. (91.2) | ||

Mind you, lack of a free power rack meant I had to clean the bar at the beginning of each set. Close Grip was pretty easy. (90.8) | ||

Overhead was complicated by the fact I had to lift the weight from the floor rather than the rack. Close Grip did not feel quite right. Didn't do any Chins today, as my forearms were sore.
