Solid session!

How long does it take you to do a session like that, with 41 sets in it?

Couple of hours? I just take my time and do what I feel I can on any day, hence the massive descrepancy on day to day volume. I do go off various blocks of training though so keep to various 'restrictions' apply within each block. Happy

NOTES;

Good session....definitely need to drop back on the bench and press related movements now. I dont want to go much further back than this as I'd like to hit 135 and give 137.5kg ago paused before the competition. Squat feels relatively strong, 225kg wasn't limit but close. Was tempted to put an OL belt on...but thats just gay.Grin

NOTES;

Well....getting there it seems. Front squat is a good starting point, 180-200kg beltess is the aim, I expect my bodyweight will need to be 110kg ish to get it though. Should be focused on back squatting right now but I couldnt care less to be honest...I will hit somat decent on it in the next few days then I'm done for before comp. Bench is moving nicely would definitely like to hit 135-137 in comp.

I will be yea, I need it! I've a couple of sessions similar to the above last week but not logged. Embarassed Things are definitely looking ok though for 240/135/295 though.

Last heavy sess done for squats. Starting to feel confident about my squatting again, for the first time in about 20 weeks. Lets see if I can translate this block into 240-245kg squat!
