NOTES;


Today was meant to be a technique/deload session for PL movements but couldnt be arsed. Decided if Im gona make the move to St. marys next year I need to be WL strong before I get there. Messed about with some clean form (about 5 sets of 3 with 60kg), didnt seem to bother wrist with one of the bars, I guess we'll have to see what happens with continual use of them (and metal plates ohmy.gif ). Would like a 180kg+ front squat (beltless) and 230kg snatch grip deadlift (perfect arch, hips down) before next september....we'll see what happens.

Other that than I feel strong, bw has flown up (been living on pizzas and chinese) but I will get down to 101kg for comp to somewhat preserve Wilks.

Enjoyable workout. Using an IPF bar and metal plates for Olympic stuff so not sure how things will pan out. Still obviously after some bigger strength numbers this year before I can get proper coaching so I will still do alot of squats and pulls.

200kg front and a 250kg Olympic deadlift before September 2010? Eek

Simple enough workout, squat is starting to feel strong again. Gona focus alot more on pulling strength (olympic style) in the next few weeks, 5x5 on clean pulls and the like, last time I checked my strict clean pull was 105kg...and my power clean was 125kgEmbarassed
