Decided if Im gona make the move to St. marys next year I need to be WL strong before I get there. Messed about with some clean form (about 5 sets of 3 with 60kg), didnt seem to bother wrist with one of the bars, I guess we'll have to see what happens with continual use of them (and metal plates ohmy.gif ). Would like a 180kg+ front squat (beltless) and 230kg snatch grip deadlift (perfect arch, hips down) before next september....we'll see what happens. Other that than I feel strong, bw has flown up (been living on pizzas and chinese) but I will get down to 101kg for comp to somewhat preserve Wilks. | ||
