Skipping 5 minutes

Row - 500m warmup, 3x2k 3 min rest, 500m cool down. Messed up on the first set and forgot to connect the HR monitor. I had to quit out of the set and just ended up timing the 3 minute rests on my phone.

jesus, that is some set of 1000's , you probably need to let is all hang out on a 2km time trial soon or maybe try a 1000m TT

I prefer squat shoes to row in too. Have you tried rowing in your boxers yet?

I wear compression shorts, pretty much just tight fitting boxers, no top, it's the only way to row!

Well I tried to video tonight's session, but as I use my usual videoing device (my phone) to listen to music whilst rowing, I borrowed my son's CrossTour, and managed to screw it up!
