Thank you, its been a very good year for me, started training like this about 5months ago and its helped alot!

3-5 in the gym and 1 events. i think im weak enough to not need that much rest.

um no, im lazy with my eating tbh, something that will be changing, i usually drink a litre of coke when i train though becuase its usually 2.5-3hours
