Goal is to qualify at the southern 105s


Squats
140kg x 5, felt s**t today so left it there

Deadlifts
195kg+chains 3x3 (chains add 9 at the bottom and 26 at the top)

Power jerks
110kg 10 singles

Three hang pulls to power snatch... like the video of klokov doing 170kg
80kg

few lat pull downs

cheers guys, everything is going well at the moment, all going in the right direction.

still 98ish, going to drink 6pints of milk a day for abit to try get to 105, worked the last time i did it so hopefully will again.

Thats one step closer to training properly, maybe we could do some posing practice as an event on saturday.
