I know its not your way, but I would experiment with creatine for a few months, whey as well?

Yeah mate I'm going to try some protein powder, fish oil and creatine... Gonna be big like Ronnie Coleman in a few weeks...

Thanks Doc! Training is going really good at the moment. I've also modified my raw squat technique to match my equipped technique and suprising find myself stronger that way.

All squats were done without spotters or cage... Bit stupid but delighted with the PBs.

Thanks Carlin I have been squatting daily for a while... although what I'm doing now is actually a sort of deload (due to bicep tendonitis) ... just going heavy and not putting much real work in. Hopefully I will be able to significantly increase my tonnage next month.
