between starting a new job, moving to a new city, visiting relatives etc.. wasn't able to train properly for the last month... now I'm able train normally at last

Sunday

Deadlift
worked up to 7 singles with 170
3 doubles with 140

Squat
worked up to 130 kg

Bench
bunch of reps with light weights, feet up BB style


Today

Squat
worked up to 150kg, 3 doubles with 140

Deadlift
a few singles with 190kg

Press
bunch of reps
