So far today...

2 Oatibix + milk, plus a few pumpkin seeds.
A few strawberries that were going off.
Cheap watery vegetable soup plus 3 slices of buttered brown bread.

12.30pm-BCAAs berfore training
1.45pm- PWO drink- 70g carbs 45g pro ish
3.00pm- bolognese (no spag)
3.30pm- protein drink (blend-40-50g pro)
6pm ish-Tea will be meat n veg with some pasta/spuds but not loads
maybe some seeds/nuts/berries/cheese as snacks up till 9.30 ish.

3pm meal will often be agg based or leftovers from previous nights tea, or both.
Don't always have protein drink if I have more food, or if I've had too little food I might make it with coconut milk.

What a range of responses. I have tried to resist joining in this culinary circle-jerk, but Jay's post final 'tipped me over the edge.'

Yesterday was fairly typical of what I am currently eating, though it can get much worse once things get busy at work.

Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs cooked in olive oil, 2 wholemeal toast with butter
Unsweetened muesli and milk
Coffee with cream
Orange juice

Lunch
Last night's dinner (I cooked an extra portion)
200g Pork
Large salad with avocado, peppers, onion, greenery, mozzarella and a mayonaise dressing
Baked Potato with butter
Water

Afternoon (it was a training day, where I eat dinner late)
Pasta salad and a couple of cheese, pickle, salad and mayo sandwiches
Lots of water

Dinner
Chicken thighs
Baked potato with butter
Large salad with avocado etc

Supper
Tinned pilchards on toast with olive oil and pepper

I also drank too much coffee.

Snack - Half a Melon + Pint of Whole

Snack - PB, Milk, maybe protien cookie (mmmm)

~250g chicken breast
120g (uncooked weight) brown pasta

250g steak mince
100g (uncooked weight) white rice

3 ryvetas with a crap loada peanut butter and honey Grin

1730

~250g chicken breast
120g (uncooked weight) brown pasta

2100

(Postworkout shake)
2 scoops of whey
50g dextrose
5g creatine
+
Small fruit salad

2300

(Bedtime shake)
500ml blue milk
2 scoops of casien
100g oats

3 ryveta with lots of humous

SLEEP!


Think it works out at roughly 4000/4500kcals

Well Yesterdays food:

7.30am - Butter Coffee

12.00pm - 5 bbq chicken drumsticks and a bit of cheese.

7.00pm - 3-400g turkey, risotto rice, kidney beans, veg. Rice cakes with butter, 2 scoops protein powder. Left over birthday cake with ice cream and some dark chocolate.

Mine varies a little depending on what shift I'm working. Yesterday's early shift food was pretty much typical for me though.

7am- 2-3 boiled eggs after cycling to work.

8:45am- Two slices wholemeal toast with peanut butter, yogurt

10:15- Banana, apple, yogurt

12:30- Jacket potato with cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, coleslaw and salad. Carrott cake.

3:30- 2 Ryvitas with cottage cheese.

6:00- Two meat free burgers (34g of protein in 2 of them, not bad!) with cous cous and veg.

8:00- Cottage cheese.

May have a snickers

Gym-protein shake 30mins befor,pre-work out drink,after gym,recover drink

Home 5.30ish
Chicken/fish with salad or sweet potato
Apple or some other fruit

8.30-9
6 eggs scrambled(2 whole)
Half glass ov low fat milk

I do have cheat meals sat,sun....on none training days I swop protein shake for a meal...and now and then I'll snack,usualy chocolate,maybe a bag of chrisps
