1pk of unsmoked butchers bacon
350g of Saucermeat
veg soup
peas
spinach
500g of chicken
pepers
1 onion
4 cups of tea
2 cups of coconut coffee and cream
few slices of cheese
packet of almonds

Yesterdays food..
6:30am Porridge with blueberries, protein shake, coffee
10am Eggs, anchovies, green leaves, olives, protein shake.
Lunch Cajun chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, spinach, can of pop!
3pm Tuna salad, protein shake
6pm Wholemeal toast with jam (pre gym)
9pm PWO shake
10pm Prawns and noodles.

In between each meal, loads of water.

My diet has never been good and need to sort it out!!
Last comp I went to everyone was eating healthy food or protien shakes when I was sat there with a mars bar and a bag of hula hoops....

Breakfast - Bacon and egg sandwich

Lunch - Mince & potatoes

Dinner - Mince & potatoes

then the occasional choc bar or bag of crisps through the day

Bad day food wise.
2 slices of Soda bread with peanut butter and jelly
4 Steak burgers
3 pork and leak sausage
2 baked potatoes
3 slices of apple wood cheese.

4 slices wholemeal bread
450 gms rice
600 gms chicken
400 gms sweet potato
240 gms lean steak
70 gms protein powder
100 gms simple carbs
fruit and veg till I'm full every meal.
minimum of 6 litres of water.

Yesterdays Menu

07.00 Poached eggs, bacon, beans & wholemeal toast
09.30 Cereal combo (too much to list)
10.30 Cup of hot & black, fruit cake (pre-gym)
13.00 Roast beef, yorkies & roast veg (was affa fine)
16.00 Meal replacement drink
19.00 Pork n pepper burger in a bap, lambs liver, veg & just a wee handfull of chips
21.00 Meal replacement bar

Throw in a few cups of tea and maybe the odd treat Happy
