Lunch Cajun chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, spinach, can of pop! 3pm Tuna salad, protein shake 6pm Wholemeal toast with jam (pre gym) 9pm PWO shake 10pm Prawns and noodles. In between each meal, loads of water. | ||

Last comp I went to everyone was eating healthy food or protien shakes when I was sat there with a mars bar and a bag of hula hoops.... Breakfast - Bacon and egg sandwich Lunch - Mince & potatoes Dinner - Mince & potatoes then the occasional choc bar or bag of crisps through the day | ||

Member 3740, 1582 posts | Yesterdays Menu 07.00 Poached eggs, bacon, beans & wholemeal toast 09.30 Cereal combo (too much to list) 10.30 Cup of hot & black, fruit cake (pre-gym) 13.00 Roast beef, yorkies & roast veg (was affa fine) 16.00 Meal replacement drink 19.00 Pork n pepper burger in a bap, lambs liver, veg & just a wee handfull of chips 21.00 Meal replacement bar Throw in a few cups of tea and maybe the odd treat | ||
