#1 - weight gain shake
#2 - asda/tesco/sainsburys pre made pizza, ice cream
#3 - pre workout weight gain shake
#4 - post workout weight gain shake
#5 - burger king or mac donalds
#6 - mac donalds after work
#7 - whey+weight gain in milk before bed

I don't cook ever, eat 3-4 meals of fast food/ready cooked crap and 3-4 weight gainers on average. I used to eat properly but I make better gains like this and it's more convinient. I'm 22 stone with a rediculously fast metabolism so this type of eating is not for everyone.

Use pubmed all the time. Please give me the names of the studies that quote the pH of your food and body doesn't matter and that we are not alkaline based.

Could you not just eat what you want and wash it down with a glass of bleach?

I'm too lazy to cook and need 10000ish calories per day or I lose strength/muscle mass. I had abs at around 110kg last year eating 6000 calories of mostly fast food per day! my bf% is still only 16 even at 140kg and eating pure crap.

Low Bodyfat doesn't equal good health though.

Just looks like heart disease on a plate to me.

To each their own though. Happy

There comes a point where you have so much lean mass it's impossible to get enough food in without eating 'crap'. Being 140kg like I am is not something I'd choose if health was a priority of mine.

There are countless studies that prove a higher alkaline diet is beneficial to the body in many ways. Here is one I can just get my hands on, when I have time I will find more. All studies, based on fact and experimentation:

Salt and it's negative effects on the body, one being increasing acidity. This one done on humans. Where is salt very prevalent, processed foods.

this looks like good eating to me, and if no one mentioned acid/alkeline or paleo or any other diet names no one would argue. Well, some might, but only because they want to justify eating cakes and pies. lol

Good unprocessed real food. Hey, that could be a name for a diet...the GURF diet...I'm off to write an e-book...
