 in real life im massive like big fridge Member 1317, 7144 posts SQ 220, BP 147.5, DL 290657.5 kgs @ 94kgs UnEq | had great day just missed out on top 10 by a point or so gutted no repped the log but smashed the farmers and loading dropped a 125 stone on my knee / foot and now its broken im pretty sure goin to a&e now as i cant fookin walk awesome comp well done to shane and pagan, pagan was awesome all day i beat tommy yule on loading and finished the farmers with no drops cant ask for more top top comp | ||

Member 1806, 3968 posts SQ 210, BP 140, DL 240590.0 kgs @ 89kgs UnEq | just want to thank mark and all the spoters plus ben for today, was an awsome comp and loved it, a bit disapointed i dropped off after the first 3 events, but it was prob still me best alround comp performance i would like to appolagise for my out burst on the stones, especially to gra who got the brunt of it, all the lads were awsome today, i do have some videos of today but they are on my phone and its a bit temprimental but will try to load them up | ||

You had a great comp and i was impressed with your farmers improvment nearly as good as V's farmers ! XD | ||

 Americans 'win' with cheese Member 2293, 1493 posts | From my so called training journal. 2/9/12 Well I FAILED in the rest bit and did a strongman comp FFS Went out last night and woke up about 10am and decided to do OD4, turns out other people had the same training plan for this comp as me. Weighed in at 83k in what ever i had on. Event 1 Deadlift 180k did this and was looking for a comp pb off 200k 200k comp pb, tick 220k pb, no one went for 210 so i had to go for 220 or dont pull a tall. Glad I did Event 2 Barrel load 60k loaded, 90k cylinder loaded and fell off. So only the 60k barrel counted, never mind first time lifting the cylinder,. Event 3 log 85k x5 which is good for me, I don't get on with log out side so only being 1 rep off my best is good. Felt sick all the way through this after deadlift Event 4 farmer walk 110k don't know how far I got this, I needed to get it past 10 meters with no drops to get place so that's all I did, got it past 10 meters and grip went picked it up again moved it a meter more but grip had gone. Event 5 arm over arm 200k I knew my grip had gone so had to rap the robe around my arm on every pull but finished the event which im happy about. Last on this one Event 6 stones Forgot my shoes so did it in my weightlifting boots, loaded the 100 and 110 tacky came off on the first stone and I could not get under the 120 oh well Finished 15 over all, Im happy and that's all that matters. Today was a GOOD DAY PS. First comp that I didn`t no rep in PB. | ||
