My problem now is I've been told I shoudn't entering novice comps if I've done u90. The last thing I want to do is pull a c**t trick but I'm left with little choice in way of progression until I've improved significantly. Guess I need a big slice of man the f**k up and get utterly creamed for a while until I'm competative. This isn't meant to be a rant, more brain storming. | ||

What's your thoughts on one legged drills? Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | I done two open comps with similar numbers as yours I came 3rd in 1 and 7th in the other so it can deffo be done mate. Man the f**k up and get it done. | ||

DB Rows 30kg x 15 reps 30kg x 15 reps Axle Clean and Press --Strict 75kg x 1 rep --Forearm again Military Press 60kg x 10 reps Left forearm was giving me major hassle today, not sure what I've done but need to rest it up. Looks like I need to get the straps out for rack pulls tomorrow. Gonna switch to strict pressing for my main overhead work until it's healed since the light lifts didn;t bother me. | ||

A2 - Neutral Grip Chin Ups x 5 reps x 5 reps x 5 reps --Need to make these regular chin ups for a bit since those don't bother my forearm like these do. s**t session today. My forearmn was giving me jip and things just didn't feel right. Cut my loses and just got the f**k out of dodge. | ||

The turn is getting quicker but it's still not quick enough. Squat 140kg x 5 reps 140kg x 5 reps --These were much deeper than usual. I've been doing front squats because I can get deeper on them and maintain good form. Looks like I'm getting some carry over on my squat. | ||

A2 Axle Press --Reps from shoulder 75kg x 5 reps 80kg x 5 reps --Really need to work on my continental clean. Haven't got a big enough power gut. Too much talking, not enough lifting today. Quite happy with military press since is the first time I've gone heavy on these for a long time. Should crack 100kg before over long. | ||

Very happy with this, think I'm good for a few more KG. Grip is starting to be a factor. | ||

B1 - Bench Press --Wider Grip, Pinkies Near Rings 115kg x 5 reps 115kg x 5 reps 115kg x 5 reps B2 - Close Grip EZ Curls 25kg x 5 25kg x 5 25kg x 5 --Happy that these don't give me elbow/forearm pain but these suck big time. Think I'll replace them with some underhand rows until my forearm recovers. | ||
