1/4 Squat
220kg x 10 reps --Need to jack the weight up a bit just to get used to having more weight on my back. Reps are a bit easy at this point which is a good thing.


Had to just get in a quick session, too much to do this morning

DB Push Press
50kg x 1 rep (Each Arm)
55kg x 1 rep (Each Arm)
60kg x 1 rep (Each Arm) --Left arm PB
70kg x 0 reps (Only Tried with the right arm) --Very close but couldn't quite lock it out. Shouldn't take that much more work before I can get this.

135kg x 1 rep
152.5kg x 1 rep --PB by 2.5kg, blasted it up. Considered going for 155kg but called it a day.

150kg x 1 rep --Think this could be a PB, sure felt like one. Still a bit on the weak side need to be doing at least 180kg really.

Heavy Supports

310kg
340kg
360kg --PB by 60kg. Need to get used to this kind of weight.

My front squat isn't as high as it should be either. I find it really painful so I usually opt to use my saftey squat bar as a front squat substitute.

The pain I can deal with it's the feeling of choking I don't like. I'm still playing with the positioning but basically just need to man up and get it done. Wish I had some of your toys though.

I know what you mean. I don't enjoy deloading but I always feel better for it. I use Wendlers deaload without deloading method now and it's much better.
