I'll probably enter the October competition depending on how training goes, hopefully in the 66kg class. Training for yesterday: Squats Bar x 5 70kg x 5 100kg x 4 122.5kg x 2 - PB 110kg x 3 100kg x 4 Fininshed off with decline sit-ups - 3 sets of 10 (2 with +5kg on my chest) I haven't been training much recently so I'm pretty chuffed I got the PB. Hopefully I'll start to train a bit more regularly when I get settled in to my new job etc. | ||

Haha, cheers. Squat Bar x Loads 70kg x 5 100kg x 3 110kg x 1 122.5kg x 2 110kg x 4 100kg x 5 A nice simple training day today. I felt aweful but I'm glad I managed to get a double at 122.5kg again. I think I could of possibly got a third rep (if I had Steel and the gang shouting at me!), but I'm not too fussed as they were better reps than last week. My diet and attitude towards the gym have been god aweful the last couple of weeks but starting soon I'm going to get it all sorted out. I have until October to get below 66kg and maximise my 1RMs before the juniors comp in Glasgow. | ||

You should definately do the juniors later on this year. Oh and meant to reply on facebook about saturday but yeh ill be going in the morning if your up for it? Ill give you a text about it nearer the time. My numbers still the same btw. | ||

Member 2117, 118 posts SQ 140, BP 92.5, DL 175407.5 kgs @ 67kgs UnEq | Deadlift 70kg x 5 110kg x 5 130kg x 5 130kg x 2 - then I was dead for some reason :S 110kg x 5 Shrugs 70kg x 12 70kg x 12 70kg x 12 Close-grip Bench...again 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 80kg x 4 85kg x 2 - almost got a third 80kg x 6?- slingshot on Chin-ups BW x 8 (3 sets of) - slow and controlled on the way down It was excellent session yesterday with Neil but I'm a little disappointed and surprised at how aweful my deadlift was. The 130kg felt pretty tough for some reason. At least I kept my form good for the most part. | ||

I've started to move my grip out wider as I had a very close grip previously. The strict press was fine, not really bothered about my numbers atm. The pull-ups were pretty easy, even with the added weight so next time I'll maybe do them with 12.5kg? Squats tomorrow, I can't wait! Bench top set video: | ||
