Very happy with my benching. I did them all paused and Steel gave the competition commands so that I can get used to them.

Strict Press

Very happy with squats today, felt bad before going in today but turned out good. I got a belt today so I was practising with that. It felt a bit weird but I can't compain, getting a new PB. I have another few weeks to practice with it before the comp so hopefully the 145kg will be there on the day!

I finished off with 2 sets of 12 at decline sit-ups (+5kg on chest) supersetted with 12 leg raises.

It is feeling a lot better than last week cos I had it a bit looser but I still don't know if I'm getting a benefit from it. The 155kg felt pretty good though.

I don't think it's too far away if I touch-and-go it. I'll give it a shot after my comp.

Overall a very good session tonight with loads of rep PBs (60, 75 and 85kg sets). Hopefully I can keep this up until the competition (30th October). I weighed myself today in the morning and I was 65.0kg so I'm light enough for the junior
