Cheers for uploading it. My deadlift looks pretty bad. I think I need to work on my technique again, it looks like I've fallen into old habbits.

Thanks everyone. It does make a difference training with people who shout at you! Also my eating has been a lot better too.

Deadlift
70kg x 5
110kg x 5
140kg x 3 - slow off the floor but very fast lockout and perfect form
140kg x 3 - same as above
110kg x 5 - easy after the 140's

Shrugs
80kg x 10

I tried to do the first rep from the floor as fast as I could to help improve my deadlift from the floor as that seems to have become weak.

Clean and push-press
50kg x 5

60kg x 3

I hadn't done these before but I quite enjoyed them.

Chin-ups

I then did a quick close grip bench set of 60kg x 5 paused reps. They were very easy.

Overall a very fun and productive session. I'm going to work the weight back up on the deadlift because my form had become slack recently.
