I went in at just after 9 today for a quick session before work. Took about a little over half an hour and that wasn't even rushing. I'm not a fan of training that early, I found I had less energy than if I train at 11 or 12, or in the evening. Still I'm happy with my sets and am pleased with my form.

I went in on Tuesday and buggered my back so took a few days off. I went in today for some close grip bench, my back was still a bit swore but bearable.

Went in for some regular bench but it wasnt very good. I cant remember everything I did but it wasn't worth mentioning. I had a failed 95kg attempt due to poor line.



Today

I went in today for close grip bench and squats. It went well and I'm really happy with todays session

Close grip bench

95kg x F - Poor line, got further than monday though
80kg x 3 - couldn't lock out the 4th

Excellent session with plenty of PBs. I got a video of the 90kg bench so I'll try to get that up tomorrow when I'm on a computer and not a phone. I find it strange that my close grip 1RM is pretty much identical to my regular grip 1RM.
