Took about a little over half an hour and that wasn't even rushing. I'm not a fan of training that early, I found I had less energy than if I train at 11 or 12, or in the evening. Still I'm happy with my sets and am pleased with my form. | ||

I went in today for some close grip bench, my back was still a bit swore but bearable. Close Grip Bench Bar x 10 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 75kg x 5 75kg x 5 80kg x 3 - PB 80kg x 3 80kg x 3 Pullups BW x 5 +10kg x 5 +10kg x 5 +12.5kg x 5 +12.5kg x 5 | ||

I cant remember everything I did but it wasn't worth mentioning. I had a failed 95kg attempt due to poor line. Today I went in today for close grip bench and squats. It went well and I'm really happy with todays session Close grip bench Bar x Loads 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 80kg x 4 - failed 5th 90kg x 1 - PB 95kg x F - Poor line, got further than monday though 80kg x 3 - couldn't lock out the 4th Squat Bar x loads 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 105kg x 5 - rep PB? 105kg x 5 105kg x 5 60kg x 8 - ATG Pull ups BW x 5 +15kg x 5 +15kg x 5 +15kg x 5 +12.5kg x 5 BW x 6 Excellent session with plenty of PBs. I got a video of the 90kg bench so I'll try to get that up tomorrow when I'm on a computer and not a phone. I find it strange that my close grip 1RM is pretty much identical to my regular grip 1RM. | ||
