CGBP never tryed this b4 just getting used to what weight i can push and aint much

DIPS
3 sets of body weight 15 reps on each
dips need dip belt to add extra weight when i do guna do 3 sets of 5 reps

ABS
20 weighted crunches 8 plates
20 leg raises
20 sit ups with 15kg then 20 reps with 20kg dumbell
20 leg raises

cheers martin and i was been a pussy diddent want to get me belly out lol Happy and just trying and different approach see if it works and was thinking of just bench 2 times every 8 days

4 sets of 3 reps with behind the head strict presses added 32.5kg onto pressing machine 25-30kg ish
+ 2 10kg a side flush 4 11 reps

TRICEPS
5 sets of 5 reps weighted dips bodyweight + 15kg plate
flush set 10 reps just bodyweight

ABS
20 reps weighted crunches 8 plates
2 sets of 20 leg raises
4 sets of 20 weighted situps with 10kg plate on chest
20 weighted crunches with 4 plates
