3 reps 141kg and on last rep lent forward slightly and bar rolled in neck a bit and i heard a wierd crack in me neck that was the end of my session unhappy with the results tonight (ANOTHER) injury Unhappy hope its not bad but sure hurts see how it goes

may have just 'popped' your vertibae ,like when the chiro grapples you and things go ...crackcrackcrack.... still , never good to have to end a sesh early , join me in a cup of tea and eastenders ....

tryed goin the gym today still not 100% on form but felt ok to try a bit neck still quite annoying

FLAT BENCH
20 reps bar
8 reps 40kg
5 reps 60kg
3 reps 75kg
3 reps 92.5kg
3 reps 95kg
2 reps 97.5kg was helped with 3 rep
2 reps 95kg helped on 3rd rep
2 reps 92.5kg also helped again on 3rd rep
12 reps 75kg but helped on 12th rep

STANDING MILITERY PRESS
did try 27.5kg dumbells but was causeing me some pain in my neck done 1 reps and just stopped there
then done 4 sets 3 reps instead with 25kg dumbells
10 reps 17.5kg dumbells

WEIGHTED DIPS
5x5 body weight + 15kg plate
10 reps just body weight

ABS
20 weighted crunches 8 plates
2 sets 20 leg raises
4 sets weighted sit ups 10 reps 15kg plate
finished with 20 weighted crunches 4 plates

I've no doubt you will mate, good luck. Deadlifting is out of the question for me for a while, I always end up knackering myself. I'm taking at least a week off now, hopefully help iron out some of the niggles. 230-240kg by september though.... Grin

hopefully paul and ye i felt training then even every 7 days is sometime too much mate the rest will do u good worked for me ye maybe just over training a bit a rest does justise i found out by over training and being unimpressed and the rest i had to have cause ov injurys and when i go back the gym feel so much stronger and shows too when ilook back on my logs.
